A graduate of Boston University with a MS in Biomedical Engineering, Kimberly combines scientific understanding with practical training expertise. Her background in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics informs her precise approach to exercise alignment, injury prevention, and program design. Throughout her career, Kimberly has worked in a variety of settings — from Boston’s top sports clubs to international fitness programs in Europe and at sea as Fitness Director for Cunard Cruise Lines. She is the owner of Personal Health Development in Brookline, MA, where she designs individualized post-surgical and post-injury programs in collaboration with physicians and physical therapists.
